This is my first commercial release and I am very excited to share this with the world! This EP has four tracks in various different styles. There is a grand orchestral track, another is an obnoxiously happy-clappy country track, there is a lounge Jazz number and one is a classical hybrid piece. Hopefully, there should be something for everyone.

I have been meaning to do an EP for quite some time. I wanted to do something that would demonstrate my understanding of composition, harmony orchestration and understanding of different genres of music. I also wanted to explore the different approaches one must take when mixing and producing each genre. In short, I wanted to stretch myself and show off a bit 😉

The most exciting part of all of this was being able to work with live string players, two American, two British, all based in London. They were also joined by some wonderful musician friends. Many composers these days only are able to use sample libraries and rarely get the chance to work with live musicians. I still can't believe that I was blessed with such a wonderful opportunity at the age of 22. To have a string quartet at my command in a wonderful recording space, with amazing musicians and fantastic engineers to help me with my vision, was truly fantastic.

I'd like to thank them all so very much for their support and guidance as well as performing on the EP itself. I look forward to our next collaboration!
