about

In the World of Darkness, the supernatural creatures that go boo in the night aren't the only things players of the various splats have to worry about, as there are mortal hunters who that hunt such entities. Some know more than others. Various books exist that allow the players to take on the role of human hunters, and this piece of music was composed to one of these games ran by Lore By Night Productions.

"Silent Night?" had some mortal prisoners fight for the chance to be free, providing they worked with a secret organisation called Her Majesty's Agents, to dispose of some vampires.

This weird blend of Hard Rock and creepy EDM proved to be a wonderful blend to create a very aggressive, overly compressed tune designed to the listener feel scared and uncomfortable. There is a moment of respite in the bridge where some orchestral strings perform a variation of the Lore By Night theme before leading into a heavily distorted synth solo, meant to emulate a heavily distorted electric guitar, which is something I can't play like that (as of the release of this piece). What I can't do with guitars, I try and conjure with synths!
